About Us
WITI (Women in Innovation and Tech Initiative), formerly known as Women’s Equality Space, is dedicated to empowering marginalized women in Nigeria. We provide the tools, training, and community to help women excel in the digital world, achieve economic independence, and lead innovation. At WITI, we believe in creating a space where women not only survive but thrive, driving change in tech, advocacy, and climate justice.

When you work with WITI, 90% of your project fee goes directly into our social impact fund, which supports free digital literacy programs, climate justice advocacy, and economic empowerment for marginalized women across Nigeria. The remaining 10% covers the labor and tools needed to deliver your service, meaning your investment drives both quality and impact.
